Eric Frye specializes in business valuation and financial analysis and modeling. With testimony experience spanning 30 years, Mr. Frye focuses on lost profits and other commercial damages, employment / tort damages and project management. Mr. Frye has a BA in Economics from DePauw University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from Indiana University. He is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser in business valuation).

Mark Erwin specializes in financial and economic analysis. With 40 years of experience in forensic economics and 16 years expert testimony, Mr. Erwin focuses on the analysis and economic loss in personal injury, wrongful death and employment cases. Mr. Erwin has a BS and MA in Economics and a JD from the University of Kansas and has developed numerous economic models and authored software for data analysis.

Ryan Mattson, PhD specializes in economic analysis in commercial and employment/tort cases. Dr. Mattson has a BA in Mathematics, Spanish, and Economics from the University of Kansas (KU), an MA in Economics from Southern Methodist University, and a Doctorate in Economics from KU. Prior to joining Spectrum, Dr. Mattson was a tenured Economics professor at West Texas A&M University where he taught for 10 years.

Christopher Pflaum, PhD, earned his doctorate in Finance from the University of South Carolina and has extensive expertise and testimony in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, breach of contract, business interference, fraud, and securities cases. He is a nationally recognized expert on utility finance, regulatory economics, and property valuation, and previously served as Senior Financial Economist and Acting Director of Revenue Requirements at the Illinois Commerce Commission.

George McCollister, PhD specializes in econometric and statistical analysis for damages in civil litigation and energy economics. He earned his Economics doctorate at UC San Diego and has applied it for decades as an economic consultant / expert and economist at investor-owned utilities. Dr. McCollister’s consulting includes energy demand forecasting and supply planning, conservation and load management, and statistical hypothesis testing in discrimination cases.
